Making the decision

Deciding if orthobiologics is the right choice can be a difficult decision.  Friends and family and other health providers all have their opinions.  The internet is full of other offerings and blog after blog of mixed opinions.  I encourage people to get informed, learn about all the options that exist for their particular condition and make a personal decision.  I try to present all the options and let each patient make their own decision on care.  To date we have seen about an 80% success rate across all diagnosis with a 20% failure rate.  It appears that those who are over the age of 65, have more advanced arthritis, have had many surgeries and steroid injections etc are less likely to have significant benefit.  As our evidence progresses we hope to be able to identify even better guidance for each patient
